Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 72 hours after the order and payment are confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times
- United States and Canada: 2-4 weeks
- Australia and New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
- United Kingdom and Europe: 2-4 weeks
- Other countries: 2-5 weeks
These estimates do not include processing time. Customs reviews, carrier delays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect the arrival date.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking events can take several days, and occasionally up to one week, to appear. Items in one order may ship separately, so you may receive more than one tracking number or package.
Delivery protection
Our shipments are insured. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears lost in transit, contact support@qirbex.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement where covered.
Order changes
To request a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
