Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@qirbex.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We may ask for photos so we can review the condition of the item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will tell you whether the refund has been accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return instructions and any applicable return label details will be provided after we review your request.

If your package is missing an item, email support@qirbex.com with your order number and a photo of everything received.
